Michael Kalman - Chief Information Officer

Mike joined Hartville in 2005 as the Director of Information Services, and was promoted to Chief Information Officer in November 2007. He has more than 13 years of experience developing innovative technology solutions and strategies that support challenging business demands.

Over his career, he has provided vision and direction to companies across a number of industries including healthcare, retail distribution, petroleum, and economics research. Prior to Hartville, Mike was the CTO at Micro-Office Systems, Inc. where he successfully built and managed the IT organization. Before that, he served as the CTO of Efficient Consumer Response Management. He was also an Avionics Technician in the US Navy.

Mike holds a BS in Cognitive Engineering from the University of California at San Diego. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) with Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCSD) and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certifications.
